Profile: Marc is a graduate of Bishop Guertin, Class of 1975, and holds a B.A. in Psychology from UMASS/Lowell.

He also held the Office of Alderman for Ward 4 in 1996-1997, 2000-2001, 2002-2003, 2004-2005, and 2006-2007 when he was the Chairman of the Human Affairs Committee. He is currently the Chairman of the Aldermanic Infrastructure Committee and Vice Chairman of the Personnel/Administrative Affairs Committee. Marc is also a Commissioner for the Nashua Regional Planning Commission, and he is also currently serving on the Mayor's Transportation Task Force. He is the organizer for the Tree Streets Crime Watch Prevention Program. Marc currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Latino Community Council, the Nashua Dog Owners Group (D.O.G.), and the Great American Downtown. He chaired Mayor Streeter's Broad Street Parkway Advisory Committee, and is a member of the Mohawk Tannery Advisory Committee. Marc is also the recipient of the 2002 New Hampshire Champions of Diversity Award for individual achievements. He has attended the Homeland Security Training courses offered by the American Medical Association and completed the Basic and Advanced Disaster Life Support Training in October, 2004 and is also a certified instructor.

Marc's commitment to working with Nashua's immigrant population brought him to meet several presidents and world leaders, such as the Presidents of Spain, Argentina and Haiti. He also had the privilege to work with President Hipolito, the former President of the Dominican Republic, Mr. Ventura, the Mayor of Santa Domingo, and the Counsel General from the City of Boston. During this time he represented the State of New Hampshire for Governor Shaheen and Mayor Streeter of the City of Nashua, with the focus of generating additional commercial trade. This particular experience also provided him with the opportunity to work with the American Ambassador to the Dominican Republic as well as meeting Attorney General Janet Reno.
